Her banking & finance portfolio includes advising on loan arrangements, the issuance of Singapore legal opinions to opine on legality, validity, enforceability, due incorporation, capacity, and due execution, relating to the financing transaction for acquisition of entities, vessels and/or real estate, and carrying out due diligence searches on Singapore incorporated entities.
