Diana specialises in mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity transactions, general corporate and commercial transactions, regulatory compliance and general corporate advisory work, with more than 9 years’ experience in these areas. She also has expertise in startup financing and venture capital. 

Diana has been involved in many notable public and private M&A transactions during her time in practice. In particular, at BTPLaw, she has represented Pteris Global Limited, a formerly SGX-listed company, in its post-delisting selective capital reduction, and the Offeror in a mandatory conditional cash offer for the shares of SGX-listed Datapulse Technology Limited. She has also handled complex cross-border private acquisitions, investments and joint ventures. 

Diana has a strong interest in partnering with startup founders in their startup journey for the long term, and assisting them with their startup needs, from incorporation to pre-series financing and equity fundraising. Her experience allows her to offer practical, commercial and effective advice. 

Prior to founding BTPLaw LLC along with its Managing Director in 2020, Diana practiced at a leading Singapore law firm.
